Cialis Professional (Tadalafil 20mg) pill is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Cialis Professional does not cure ED or increase a man's sexual desire. Cialis Professional is only for men with ED and is not for women or children. Cialis Professional works by helping to increase blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps you to achieve and maintain an erection.

What is difference between Cialis and Cialis Professional?

Cialis Professional is a new and improved formula of the original Cialis. While Cialis Professional has been reformulated and enhanced in its chemical compound, it still used for Erectile Dysfunction treatment much like the first tadalafil tablet, yet with more efficacy. It is also used to enhance sexual intercourse, improve libido and even increase the size of a penis, but these results will vary from man to man.

Benefits of Cialis Professional

Time in which the pill will take effect has been greatly shortened. The original Cialis would need to be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to 12 hours prior to sex, Cialis Professional needs only to be taken from 20 to 30 minutes prior to sexual activity.
One of the main benefits of Cialis Professional over the Cialis is the increased sensitivity to the penis. It means that it should take less stimulation to achieve an erection for those who suffering from erectile dysfunction, though stimulation must still be present. In addition to the heightened sensitivity, men have also been said to experience longer effects with this new formula of tadalafil, setting the effect period from anywhere between 38 and 48 hours. The original would only work for up to 36 hours. In some men, this means an increase of 12 hours.

Before taking Cialis Professional

Do not take Cialis Professional if you are currently taking any nitrates or amyl nitrite.  Nitrates are medicines used for the treatment of angina (“chest pain”) or other heart conditions.  Cialis Professional has been shown to increase the effects of these medicines.

Do not take Cialis Professional:

•  if you have heart or blood vessel problems that make sexual intercourse inadvisable.  Sexual activity carries a possible risk to patients with a heart condition because it puts extra strain on the heart.
•  if you have suffered a heart  attack or stroke in the last 6 months
•  if you have vision loss in one eye because of non-arteritic interior ischaemic optic neuropathy
•  if your blood pressure is unusually high or low or is not effectively treated
•  if you use recreational drugs called “poppers” or “amyl” like amyl nitrite and butyl nitrite that are normally taken through inhalation

Some of the symptoms of an allergic reaction may include shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body; rash, itching or hives on the skin.

Do not take Cialis Professional if the date printed on the pack has expired, return it to your pharmacist for disposal.
Do not take Cialis Professional if the packaging is torn or if the seals over the carton ends are missing or broken.  There are no seals over the carton ends of the 5mg physician sample pack. If it is damaged, return it to your pharmacist for disposal.
If you are not sure whether you should start taking Cialis Professional, talk to your doctor.

Before you start to take Cialis Professional, tell your doctor if you have allergies to any other medicines, foods, preservatives or dyes.
Cialis Professional pills contain a small amount of lactose.
Tell your doctor if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions:
•  liver or kidney problems
•  heart problems such as angina, arrhythmias (changes in the rhythm or rate of the heart beat), heart failure, or if you have had a heart attack
•  blood vessel problems
•  sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells)
•  multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow)
•  leukaemia (cancer of the blood cells)
•  any deformation of the penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease)
•  loss of vision in one or both eyes

Warnings/Precautions
Do not use Cialis Professional if:

• you are allergic to any ingredient in Cialis Professional;
• you have severe liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa);
• you have certain heart problems (e.g., unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat), low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure;
• you have had a heart attack within the past 90 days or a stroke within the past 6 months;
• you are taking nitrates (e.g., isosorbide, nitroglycerin) in any form (e.g., tablet, capsule, patch, ointment) or nitroprusside;
• you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of heart problems;
• you use certain recreational drugs called poppers (e.g., amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate).

Contact your doctor or health care provider right away, if any of these apply to you.

Important :

• Cialis Professional may cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Cialis Professional with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
• Cialis Professional may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To prevent them, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these effects.
• Do not drink large amounts of alcohol (e.g., 5 drinks or more) while you take Cialis Professional. Doing so may increase your risk of dizziness, headache, fast heartbeat, and low blood pressure.
• Do not use other medicines or treatments for erectile dysfunction while you are taking Cialis Professional.
• Cialis Professional does not stop the spread of HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to others through sexual contact. Use barrier methods of birth control (e.g., condoms) if you have HIV infection or an STD.
• Cialis Professional will not prevent pregnancy. If your partner may become pregnant and you wish to avoid pregnancy, be sure to use an effective form of birth control.
• Use Cialis Professional with caution in the elderly; they may be more sensitive to its effects.
• Cialis Professional is not recommended for use of children; safety and effectiveness for children have not been confirmed.
• Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Cialis Professional is not approved for use of women. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Cialis Professional while you are pregnant. It is not known if Cialis Professional can be found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while using Cialis Professional, check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby.

Possible Side Effects
If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking Cialis Professional and seek emergency medical attention or notify your doctor immediately:

• an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
• chest pain or an irregular heartbeat;
• swelling of the ankles or legs;
• shortness of breath;
• prolonged or severe dizziness;
• a prolonged (lasting longer than 4 hours) or painful erection; or
• dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw).

Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to take Cialis Professional and talk to your doctor if you experience

• flushing;
• mild dizziness;
• headache;
• nasal congestion;
• diarrhea;
• temporary blue tint in vision or other vision abnormalities; or
• itching or a rash.

Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

More Information
The efficacy and safety of Cialis Professional for the treatment of erectile dysfunction was assessed in a 6-month study. Men with mild, moderate or severe erectile dysfunction were given Cialis Professional (20 mg) as needed or placebo.

Cialis Professional significantly improved erectile function compared with placebo. At the end of the study, sexual intercourse attempts success rate for those using Cialis Professional was 73.5%. This only refers to the ability to achieve erection and have intercourse, not speaking about other advantages of Cialis Professional.
